Seeing the aura is more a physical condition than a metaphysical one. Anyone can learn to see the aura.

Interpreting what is seen is the difficult task, and it involved more of the intuitive and metaphysical aspects.

There are two ways of seeing the aura: intuitively and objectively. One way is neither better nor worse than the other, as long as what is seen is interpreted correctly.

Both can be effective tools for insight, although physically perceiving the aura helps keep the "doubing Thomas" aspect of your consciousness out of your way.

 

In the intuitive method, the aura is viewed within your mind's eye rather than through your physical eyes.

It involveds learning to relax and visualize the individual within your mind. You must then ask your intuitive self about the energy of the individual's aura. What is the primary color.
